Regami-Tsubasa Treaty

The Regami-Tsubasa Treaty (Archive number: RTT2046) is a treaty of alliance and loyalty between the Tsubasa Clan and the Regami Clan which was signed at the Grand Regami Estate. This treaty was formed and signed in early A.G. 2946, just several days after the Faction War of 2945 ended.

The treaty specifies that all Kanotians must delegate a protector to a newly crowned Regami in order to fulfill their promise as the Regami's loyal ally. In return, the Kanotians will receive their full economical support and loyalty. This Treaty was a direct response to the Vanguard Clan's kidnapping of Mariko Regami, which started the war. Since the Regami have little to no defenses, becoming allies with the Kanotians significantly increases their manpower. At the same time, the economical benefit of this treaty will eventually relieve the Kanotians of their debt towards the government.

The treaty was proposed by Regulus Tsubasa on the 7th Day of Dawn and was finalized by Mariko Regami on the 13th Day of Dawn. During those times, the treaty underwent changes, as the initial proposal was to have the Kanotians and the Regami Clan form a pact that was temporary. Regulus thought that the Regami had enough resources to protect themselves and should they have more insight, they would've been able to protect their queen. However, Mariko objected, as she argued that the Regami lacked the manpower Kanotians had, thus allowing the Vanguards to attack successfully. She also stated that the Tsubasas were facing an economical crisis, and any more debts would end up dismantling the clan. This led to Regulus understanding her statement and felt remorse that he disregarded the Tsubasa's declining fortune. Both eventually agreed that as long as the Kanotians provide protection, the Regami Clan will take care of their debts until both are ready to close the treaty.

RTT2046 - The Regami-Tsubasa Treaty

This treaty aims to safeguard the Regami Clan with the use of Kanotian's warriors. In exchange, the Kanotians will be provided economical aid in order to consolidate their debt towards the Caelum government. In order to fulfill the clans' loyalty towards each other, both must agree to the following conditions, as long as it is possible:


1. Kanotians are required to delegate one of their warrior class members as a guardian to a newly crowned royal Regami clan member. This is to ensure that should a Regami clan member receives a regalia, they will be safeguarded to the fullest extent. If the Kanotian dies or voluntarily retires at any given time, the Kanotians must delegate a new warrior. Should the Kanotians fail to fulfill this condition, they are given 30 days grace period before their action results in the nullification of the treaty.


2. In addition to their own, the Regami Clan is now fully responsible for the Kanotians' economical health. As long as the Kanotians' debt towards the Caelum government has not been alleviated, the Regami must continue to pay them yearly. The amount they must pay should be no less than 50,000,000 Gliders. Should the Regami Clan fails payment in any way, they are given 30 days grace period before this action causes the treaty's nullification.


3. Finally, both parties should always respect one another. This treaty serves to unite both clans, not to establish a hierarchy. Should any person on both clans start acting in a way that antagonizes one another, this treaty will be nullified immediately.




This treaty can only be closed once both clans have agreed to do so.
