Genkei Igarashi is a Warthog Beastian who, despite his "frightul" appearance, is highly regarded as most wholesome politicians a person could encounter. His records show no corruption as a politician, and when his powers are exercised, it is usually due to the people's votes. In stark contrast to the previous prime minister, Genkei thinks about the people of Souen first, before taking action.
