Tenkei (Also known as: Noah Saith) is a naive Kazuri graduate who was assigned to Shiro Tsubasa as an Exodus rookie, along with Keiichiro Regami. He was sent to Saith Facility on his first mission and became corrupted by Saithspawns (Demons). This corruption led him into believing that he is the reincarnation of Noah Saith, an alien sent by the celestial beings and the one responsible for creating civilization itself. He becomes the main driving force for many crisis-level threats that have been happening in Caelum during the current events. However, he does so while hiding in secret or in plain sight. Nobody in the entire world is aware of his schemes until it was revealed by Core that he peered into Tenkei's mind and learned of his true identity.
