Playstyle
Elysion is a dual role character that initially starts out as a Tank, but if the player obtains her corresponding Noah's Core, she can switch to an Assault role called "Elysium Form" mid-battle. This mechanic is unique to her, so it is essential to know when to use her defensive and offensive capabilities. Her defensive kit comprises of mostly crowd control effects such as redirecting aggro, and allowing her to counterattack any hits. The Elysium form allows her to deal as much damage as possible by using the DFP stat, so it is recommended to increase DFP as often.

- Kyou is perhaps the best character who can take advantage of Elysion's aggro shift technique: "Zan-Zitai". Redirecting aggro to Kyou would mean he will be designated as a dodge tank due to his 6th Eye. However, this could be ineffective against enemies that can bypass the Flow Ability.
- With Miyu as the primary tank, Elysion can switch to her offensive role via style switch.
- While Lunari can provide additional offensive support to any team comp, she also has a hidden passive that increases Elysion's DFP if she is present in Elysion's party. Since Elysium style, "Tai-Yuzadan", and "Gae Bulg" incorporate DFP to their damage formula, the DFP boost will increase Elysion's overall damage.
- Rita can cast a party-wide buff that increases DFP by 20% and grant passive 5% SG generation.
