The Flow Tournament Committee (AKA: FTC) are a group of people who run sanctioned and unsanctioned tournaments throughout Caelum. They are responsible for the growing popularity of Flow Arts. Most of the people involved are from NW Highlands, as such, their biggest draw comes mostly from their Highlander audiences.
