Caelum Government OPS (Government Operations and Political Science, AKA: "The OPS") is by the definition the, "World Government". They are responsible for keeping Caelum and its inhabitants in check for over 3000 years and counting. The organization comprises of multiple continental leaders, and a universal President capable of emergency veto powers. However, over the course of its lifespan, more branches have been added such as Exodus, and The Arbiters of Steel.
