Tsurei Kouryu is a male human Kanotian who is currently assigned to Miyayu Regami as a bodyguard in order to fulfill the Regami-Tsubasa Treaty. He possesses the 7th Eye, a variant of the Xth Eye, and takes full advantage of it without showing any signs of fatigue. This makes him one of the most powerful Kanotians to have ever wielded the eyes due to his sheer willpower.
Tsurei is also known to never talk unless necessary, as shown during the player's first encounter with him.
