Kyou Tsubasa is a male native Souenite who follows the Kanotian religion. His whole life is devoted to training and surpassing his limits, much like his friend, Hitoshi Ichiro. He currently possesses the 6th Eye, an affliction Kanotians suffer due to their disobedience towards the religion. As penance, he was assigned to Miyu as her bodyguard, coincidentally fulfilling the Regami-Tsubasa Treaty.

Playstyle (Lie of Caelum)

Kyou is an Assault character whose kit revolves around taking advantage of his 6th Eye Flow Ability. He can also be a heavy SG generator, should the player chooses to take advantage of his Flow Ability.

Playstyle (Lie of Caelum: Spirit)

In this version, Kyou becomes a Just Attack focused character, with heavy reliance on DEX. He still retains his dodge counterattacks through his Flow Ability. However, most of his techniques allow him to deal additional damage with every Just Attack.

Flow Ability: 6th Eye

Otherwise known as Xth Eye. There are many types, with each bearing unique traits. They are gifted to Kanotians who follow the path of Reality. The 6th Eye allows one to tap into their primal instincts, instill fear onto their targets, and predict their movements ahead of time. The Eye however, shortens one's lifespan and may even cause death to those who overuse it. Nevertheless, the idea behind the eye resulted in a divide within the Kanotians, resulting in a majority of them condemning the eye as a curse rather than a blessing. As such, rarely any Kanotians bear the eye to this day.

Hitoshi Ichiro

Kyou and Hitoshi will unlock a hidden Overdrive called "Twin Madness Overdrive Kick" once certain conditions are met. If both Kyou and Hitoshi are in the party, using this overdrive will cause catastrophic damage to 1 enemy. This is best used during Stance Breaks as it will almost guarantee a 1-Hit KO or a 1-Phaser (For bosses with multiple phases).

Elysion

Kyou can double as a designated dodge tank with Elysion's "Zan-Zitai" technique. However, this could be ineffective against enemies that can bypass the Flow Ability.

Miyu Regami

Miyu's "Queenslayer's Aura" adds additional evasion to Kyou, thus further enhancing his 6th Eye ability.
